Back on track (Literally)!
“Dr. Barrows's chiropractic techniques work, and I noticed immediate results within the first adjustment. As an Air Force member who served on Active Duty for 10 years, I suffered a lower back injury on August 12, 2011 causing multiple episodes of painful spasms in my back and left leg. When the pain became unbearable, I searched Google for local chiropractors and it took me straight to Dr. Barrows's page. Making the appointment with his staff was easy, and X-Rays during the first week revealed spacing issues with two discs in my lower vertebrae. Dr. Barrows put together a recovery plan, and performed adjustments to help my condition. All pain and mobility issues were virtually gone after only three week of care, and new X-Rays revealed the spacing issues between the two discs were dramatically improved. True Believer!
For many years I struggled with tightness and pain in my upper back - right between the shoulder blades. I went through the traditional approach to managing the tightness, but to no avail. My wife finally convinced me to try visit a Chiropractor and we found Dr. Barrows. I was skeptical at first, that is until the first few treatments brought about a significant reduction in my back problem. Dr. Barrow's truly cares about the health and welfare of his patients. He is kind, considerate, and highly effective. Now I'm a true believer in the power of Chiropractic healthcare!
My experience with Dr. Barrows was (and still is) tremendous! I came to him with a serious low back problem. I had previously treated with another chiropractor and had little improvement. Dr. Barrows carefully and accurately diagnosed my condition, laid out a full treatment plan to resolve it, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. His plan worked 100%!! I am thrilled with the results, and plan to keep him as \"my doctor\" for a long time.

I will not recognize the fact that I'm getting older and I refuse to slow down. I feel I should still be able to do the same activities in my upper 30's as I did back in my teens and I still do with the help of Dr Barrows. Dr. B is the best chiropractor in San Antonio and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
